Back Again…New Eating and Exercise Plan

Hi Everyone,

I’m back again and this time for good.  I had to quit Weight Watchers because of the cost and how they do things.  I decided to join Curves and I did on April 16, 2009 and have been going there ever since.  I bought their fitness and nutrition diet book and today I started their eating plan in addition to exercising at Curves 3 or more times a week for 30 minutes a day and walking or biking most days of the week.  I just got a used bike from a thrift store for 25 bucks and plan to ride it to and from places for exercise.

So that’s how I’m trying to lose weight from now on.  I weighed myself today and my starting weight is 212 pounds.  That’s all from me for now.  Until next time have a great day.  Maggie

Sorry it’s Been Awhile

Hi Everyone,

Sorry it’s been awhile since I posted a blog entry.  I decided I don’t like to post about my gains and the last two weeks have been nothing but gains.  The week before last week I gained 2.2 pounds and last week I gained 3.2 pounds.  But this week was totally different, I actually lost 1.4 pounds.  I was very suprised to say the least because I only tracked two out of seven days of the week.  Just wanted to give everyone an update and hope that everyone has a great night.  Maggie

Finally a Loss for Crying Out Loud!

Hi Everyone,

After 4 disappointing weeks at the scale, four gains in a row, the scale at my Weight Watchers meeting finally showed me some love.  I lost .8 pounds this past week.  I’m so relieved to know that I actually lost some weight.  It wasn’t a big loss but I’m still happy with it.

Again a Gain

Hi Everyone,

I weighed in yesterday at my Weight Watchers meeting and I gained again.  A 2.2 pound gain to be exact.  I am now dividing my daily points allowance between 3 meals and 3 snacks so we’ll see if that works.  Until next time have a great night and a great week.  Maggie

Had Another Gain as Usual

Hi Everyone,

I went to my Weight Watchers meeting tonight and for the third time in a row I gained.  I gained 1.8 pounds this past week.  I ate over my points allowance for a few days in a row.  I talked with my Weight Watchers meeting leader after the meeting and she suggested that I eat lower point foods and switch from regular soda to diet soda.  I’m going to do that to see if that helps.  That’s all for now until next time have a great night and a great week.

Another Gain

Hi Everyone,

Sorry I didn’t post this update after my weigh in on Monday night but I was very tired and didn’t feel like writing an entry at all but I’m here now so let’s get to it.  I weighed in at my Weight Watchers meeting Monday night and I gained .6 pounds.  I had a bad week last week where I didn’t care if I had points left or not I just ate, and ate, and ate.  At least it wasn’t a 3 or 4 pound gain.

A Gain! UGH!

Hi Everyone,

I walked into my Weight Watchers meeting tonight thinking I was going to have a loss and I was proved wrong by the scale.  I gained 3 pounds.  I attribute the gain to bingeing all day last Tuesday.  I used up all my weekly allowance points up on Monday and just didn’t care at all.  Also I had my time of the month this past weekend so maybe that’s all water weight gain.  Oh well what’s done is done.  The receptionist who weighed me told me that I should just get back on program and everything will be fine so I’m taking her advice and moving on.

I Lost Yet Again

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to update everyone of you on my progress on Weight Watchers.  I weighed in at my Weight Watchers meeting on Monday night and I lost 2 pounds.  I’m so happy about that.  So far I’ve lost 4.6 pounds even though it says 5 pounds weight loss on my BuddySlim weight tracker because you can only put in whole numbers.  So now I’m at 205.2 pounds.  That’s all for now until next time have a great day and a great week.

A Loss! Woohoo!

Hi Everyone,

I went to a Weight Watchers meeting tonight, not my usual one since that one falls on Christmas Day.  I weighed in and I lost 2.4 pounds.  Yay me!  Only 2.6 more pounds to go before I get my 5 pound star.  I was so shocked because I was sure I was going to have a gain because I ate all my weekly points allowance.  Well, the scale proved me wrong, way wrong.  So I’m very happy to say the least.  That’s all for now.  Until next time everyone have a great night and have a very Merry Christmas!
