I had a Couple of On Program Days:)

Hi Everyone,

I stayed on program and within my points range on Monday and Tuesday.  I journaled my food and watched what I ate so I did pretty good.  Today I went over my daily points by 5 points.  At least it’s not 15 or 20 points I went over like the last couple of weeks.  I feel very proud of myself right now.  Thanks to everyone for leaving comments on my blog.  They’re very helpful.

    Dont forget you always get your 35 extra points each week so just subtract those 5 from them. There, you are back on track!

    Hi Maggie! I stayed on points today!!! Finalllyy!!! I’m already out of flax points and I only weigh in on Sat. Yay for us for today!
