Have a Confession to Make
Hi Everyone,
I have a confession to make. I haven’t been following the WW points system for a week now. Ever since I got out of the hospital I haven’t had any motivation or energy to count points or journal. Laziness has been a problem for me and I guess I’m too lazy to stay on program but I know that has to change if I want to lose weight so any advice anyone can give me to help me stop being lazy or help me stay on program better would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Maggie

What if you joined a gym or something? I love the Curves gym! I have been going there for 3 weeks, and I have lost 9.5 pounds and 11.5 inches already, and there was one week there where I only went once.
My eating could be alot better, but I watch my portions and I don’t eat at night time. I’m pretty sure all of us get into a lazy funk every now and then. Just keep your chin up, and everything will work out!! i’m rooting for you!!!
Hang in there…it is tough when you get in that kind of funk (been there, done that…)Maybe a little exercise will get you feeling better…just a walk in the morning or something…nothing pressure-filled…just to get the endorphins pumping…
Hope you feel better sooon!
Hey Maggie - my advice, set daily goals. Whether it’s to cut back on a certain food, salt, sugar, soda or if it’s to walk for 10 minutes. Set a goal and go for it. The more you do it the better you’ll get at it and the weight will come off.
Good luck!

It’s tough to stick to it. Keep reminding yourself of your daily goals and your long term goals!
Good luck!
Just accept what has happened and start fresh. maybe plan out just one days meals and take it meal by meal. I bet once you get one or two good meals in, you will have more drive to stay on track. you can do it!
