To everyone who read my last post,
I’m so sorry if I offended anyone by what I wrote in my last post. I just needed to vent but everything in that post is true. I do get discouraged when I see and hear that somebody else has lost weight and not me. I know I should be happy for that person but I just get upset and beat myself up over it.
On a happier note I did manage to lose 3 pounds. I just weighed myself so yay me.
Well I just wanted to say I’m sorry and hope that nobody is mad at me. Have a great day everyone.

First of all, what you write is for you. That means the freedom to write whatever you need to..this is a journey and you need to know where you stand at the moment…feelings are not all sunshine and roses. Vent away girl!
I am glad you lost 3 lbs ..congrats!
As for the weight loss itself…some lose easier than others…the body is a strange thing. Focus on you…you lost 3 lbs…but there are many ways of judging changes. Anyway, best of luck to you…just dont give up ok. Debbie
I agree, write whatever you want to, because that’s what a blog is for, to vent and talk and say what is on your mind.
It is frustrating to watch others lose weight and to be still struggling with it. I gain weight very easily and have to be vigilant what I eat, and I get jealous when I see thin people at work shoveling cake and cupcakes into their mouths without a second thought! There’s nothing wrong with thinking “That’s not fair!” The key is to recognize what is reality for you and work with it.
I have to agree with you on the meetings. I honestly think that is one of the reasons I was unsuccessful with WW in the past. This time around, I’m following the plan on my own. I find it much better to compare myself to myself.
