Was at my highest weight a couple of days ago:(

Hi Everyone,

As the title says a couple of days ago I weighed myself and I was at 201 pounds my highest weight in years.  I wasn’t suprised though because I haven’t watched what I ate or exercised.  I’m going to try walking to Leslie Sansone’s 1 mile or 3 mile walk this morning and then watch what I eat the rest of the day.  I need suggestions though on how to fit exercise in and how to get excited about exercising.  Thanks in advance.

    I have to exercise first thing in the morning. If I dont, a lot of times I end up skipping it. I love Leslie Sansone. All of her tapes are so easy. I wish you the best of luck!

    I agree the morning time is usually the best ! Just remember to shake things up a little, meaning change it up every once and a while so you don’t get bored ! Hope this helps ! Hugs, Kimmi
