A Gain! UGH!

Hi Everyone,

I walked into my Weight Watchers meeting tonight thinking I was going to have a loss and I was proved wrong by the scale.  I gained 3 pounds.  I attribute the gain to bingeing all day last Tuesday.  I used up all my weekly allowance points up on Monday and just didn’t care at all.  Also I had my time of the month this past weekend so maybe that’s all water weight gain.  Oh well what’s done is done.  The receptionist who weighed me told me that I should just get back on program and everything will be fine so I’m taking her advice and moving on.

    Yes stay on track. I have been doing WW for 20 weeks and this is the longest time that I have ever done it. Im not where I want to be but I know eventually I will be. Just start over and write down everything you bite. Everything! Do you workout any? Try taking a class.

    This is sometimes a hard journey, but you seem to have the right attitude. Let the past be past, and work towards you goals starting….NOW!
