Had Another Gain as Usual
Hi Everyone,
I went to my Weight Watchers meeting tonight and for the third time in a row I gained. I gained 1.8 pounds this past week. I ate over my points allowance for a few days in a row. I talked with my Weight Watchers meeting leader after the meeting and she suggested that I eat lower point foods and switch from regular soda to diet soda. I’m going to do that to see if that helps. That’s all for now until next time have a great night and a great week.

I would def. switch from regular soda to diet. All I drink is water anyways, but I never ever drink my calories. I find it to be a waste I’ll splurge once in a great while and get a sprite zero and thats after I’ve drank my 128 oz of water. As far as the gain goes I hope you find the culprit so you can get back on that losing train. I’ve been maintaining too so I’m feeling you girl. Good luck with it :o)
hey girlie, your leader is spot on about switching to lower point foods. For one thing, you can eat more of them! Instead of having 2 biscuits for my morning coffee break now, I have a massive bowl of lettuce, tomatoes, onion and olives. On top of that I put a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar… and you know what… that entire massive bowl has less calories than 2 chocolate biscuits I used to eat. And I feel alot fuller after the salad funnily enough.
It’s all about your choices. Stick with your points. Stick with them all this week to see the scale go down at your next meeting.
Atleast your attending the meetings for motivation & facing it. I know how hard it is when you go over your daily allowance of points, it’s so easy to slip back into old ways. Im finding WW dead good ’cause you can literally eat anything you want aslong as you count it.
Personally, i find weekends hard but you should give yourself a small treat & thats something to look forward to.
Also my leader told that having a good binge, perhaps once a month isn’t always a bad thing. It’s a lifestyle change innit & you shouldn’t be too strict on yourself.
Hope i’ve helped & yeah deffinetly change to diet drinks.
You’ve done brill so far! x
