Back Again…New Eating and Exercise Plan

Hi Everyone,

I’m back again and this time for good.  I had to quit Weight Watchers because of the cost and how they do things.  I decided to join Curves and I did on April 16, 2009 and have been going there ever since.  I bought their fitness and nutrition diet book and today I started their eating plan in addition to exercising at Curves 3 or more times a week for 30 minutes a day and walking or biking most days of the week.  I just got a used bike from a thrift store for 25 bucks and plan to ride it to and from places for exercise.

So that’s how I’m trying to lose weight from now on.  I weighed myself today and my starting weight is 212 pounds.  That’s all from me for now.  Until next time have a great day.  Maggie
